Jeg er som sagt ny og den anbefaling som er på siden om hvad jeg skriver i terminalen virker tilsyneladende ikke. Jeg har funder flere vejvisere den lige her neden udner er den anviste på LiveStations hjemmeside
Installing and running Livestation

* Your download should start in a moment.
* Once the file has downloaded, start a terminal session and navigate to the folder you downloaded the file to.
* Type chmod Skrivebord./Livestation-2.7.9.run
* Type ./Livestation-2.7.0.run
* Press q to skip the readme
* Press y to accept the terms
* Follow the prompts to complete installation. You may need sudo access to write some files
* Once installed, type livestation & to run the application
* Due to graphics driver issues, ATI and Intel graphics cards may exhibit flickering when using Livestation and Compiz or other OpenGL applications simultaneously. At present the only solution is to temporarily disable Compiz/Beryl while running Livestation. The commands below may help (click for Ubuntu desktop shortcuts).
o metacity --replace
o compiz --replace

What happens next?

After installing, there's a really simple registration step, just an email address and password. We need this so we can retrieve your player customisations, such as user channel selections when you use the player.

You can also use this login to post on the forums, create new channels, or change your preferences.
System requirements
Microsoft Windows

* Windows XP or Vista
* 1Ghz processor
* 256Mb or more system memory

Apple Mac

* Intel or PowerPC Mac running OSX Tiger or Leopard.
* Most Macs under 3 years old should comfortably run Livestation

Linux

* Known to work on Ubuntu, Fedora 9 and OpenSUSE distros
* Works best with Nvidia graphics (requires hardware acceleration).

I got solution to install in Ubuntu 9.04

Today i am able to successfully install the latest livestation. The problem was in the command given in Terminal.Follow bellow commads:-
1Type "CD DESKTOP"
2-Type "LS"
3-Type "sudo chmod +X Livestation-2.7.0.run."
4-type sudo password
5-Type "./Livestation-2.7.0.run"
