Manglende lyd i ubuntu 9.04

Hej linux folk håber i kan hjælpe mig med lydopsætning i medion 96420.

Jeg har fulgt soundpartner,s opsætning (dk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4371&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=30) men når jeg kommer frem til
sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base er der ikke nogen fil eller skrift, gedit åbner godt nok men blank. hvad gør jeg event. forkert

Jeg har faktisk postet dette på launchpad, men jeg kan lige nævne det her igen. I 9.04+ SKAL alle konfigurations filer ende med .conf. Dvs., at "/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base" nu hedder "/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf", så det er nu denne fil du skal have fat i.

Hvis du er rigtig rar, kunne du også lige poste dette i den tråd du linker til, så der er andre end dig der får lykke af løsningen:)

korrekt...
dette betyder ay med 9.04 får vi en del at lave for mange af alle de kendte løsninger fundet på forum de vil ikke virke i 9.04

Nu har jeg ikke læst dit nyeste indlæg igennem, trådstarter, da kl er 04:49 og jeg tog afsted til Ubuntu Live! kl 6 i morges og er først lige kommet hjem, men med dit lydkort skulle det gerne virke hvis du gør følgende og derefter genstarter...

* Tilføj "options snd-hda-intel model=laptop-eapd probe_mask=1" i bunden af filen /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf som du selvfølgelig husker at åbne som superuser (alt+f2 > gksu gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf)
* sudo rmmod snd-hda-intel
* sudo modprobe snd-hda-intel model=medion probe_mask=1

Jeg har ingen lyd i Amarok 2 (og kun der). Jeg har på en måde ikke lyst til at selv gøre noget for at rette problemet, synes at den slags skal bare virke (også selvom det er gratis) og burde ikke være brugeren der skal sidde og indsætte diverse koder for at det funker...

Ja helt sikkert - det burde virker out-of-box, men det gør det bare ikke på noget hardware. Den computer jeg sidder på nu, min main, har været en laban at få til at virke med fn+* keys, lyd og wifi samt andet på tidligere versioner, men det bliver bedre og bedre for hver release, og på jaunty er det eneste der _ikke_ virker lydkortet, der så kan fikses med det hack jeg smed tidligere.

Ang. Amarok - har du været inde og rode i noget? Anyways, det er nok bare at du skal være den rigtige lydserver eller sådan noget.

Det var ikke så hårdt ment som jeg skrev det. Jeg har ikke rigtigt prøvet på noget endnu og det vil jeg selvfølgelig... Kan være jeg vender tilbage hvis dit råd eller andet jeg finder frem til ikke virker...

Hej ChrisBuchholz du skal ha rigtig mange tak for hjælpen, nu virker mit lydkort
Med tiden kommer jeg vel lidt mere ind i linux junglen da jeg godt kan lide systemet
Det er jo en fornøjelse man kan frigøre sig mere og mere fra windows
