Jeg har XP Proffessionel.
Vil gerne installere Ubuntu 10.10
+
Linux Mint 11 eller 12, for jeg vil lige vurderer hvilke af de 2 linux modeller, som jeg finder bedst.
Hvordan griber man det an ?
Ubuntu eller Linux Mint først ?
Har ikke installeret noget endnu - Andet end XP Pro.

Mint er bygget op på Ubuntu. Så Grub der styrer bootmenuen, hvor man så kan vælge imellem Ubuntu og Mint, vil være den samme, uanset i hvilken rækkefølge du installere de 2 programmer i.
Her er et eksempel med Grub fra en XP/Ubuntu install.

Du kunne også benytte dig af live-cd funktionen på installations-diskene. De gør det muligt, hvis du booter på dem at vælge afprøv i stedet for install.
